Step 1: Set up your interview
Start by describing what the video should explain. Useful details include:

Topics that absolutely have to be covered
Real-world examples that belong in the video
The audience the learning video is meant for

Right below that, you choose:

Language and form of address
The knowledge level, which sets how simple or how technical the explanation gets

Next you decide what kind of video you want:

Omnora adjusts the structure and the knowledge checks automatically to match the type you pick
The key details for each video type are shown underneath it
This choice also shapes the interview questionnaire, not just the finished video

Finally, you pick the look:

Video style: four options, from bright and colourful to moody and dark
Accent colour: if you've set up a brand kit, your brand colour is already selected

💡 Plan for about 10 to 15 minutes to set everything up.

Step 2: Start your interview

Once the questionnaire looks right, the interview begins. The AI leads the conversation and asks the questions you prepared.

A few tips for whoever is being interviewed:

Speak freely, the way you'd explain it to a colleague.
There are no right or wrong answers.
You can pause the interview at any point and pick it up later.

Step 3: Get your video draft

After the interview, Omnora creates a video draft automatically. You don't have to sit and wait for it, just close the window.

You'll get an email as soon as the AI-generated draft is ready.
The draft then shows up in the My Videos tab.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to do the interview myself?
No. You can prepare the questionnaire and email the invitation to whoever has the knowledge.

Can I pause the interview?
Yes, any time. Just pick it up again later.

What if we haven't set up a brand kit?
The video still gets created. Your logo, brand colours, default avatar and font simply won't be applied automatically, so you set the colours and design yourself in the editor.

Can I rework the AI draft completely?
Yes. The narration text, voice, avatar, text, colours, shapes and element positions can all be changed before you click "Apply all".

How will I know my video is ready?
By email. After that, the draft is waiting in the "My Videos" tab.
